The "Soft-Wash" Roof Cleaning Process
When our Certified Technicians arrive at your home, they will assess your roof and perform a complete inspection of the overall condition. Any issues that we think you should be aware of will be brought to your attention and photographed for your records.
Our technicians
will then apply
the first coat
of cleaner.
The
first coat is a
direct
application to
the more severe
areas; this will
allow those
areas to dwell
for 10 - 15
minutes prior to the
full
application.
The second coat is a full application of all areas of growth. This coat will eradicate 99.9% of all bacteria and restore the proper appearance to the discolored shingles. Our technicians are fully trained to identify even the earliest signs of growth, so all areas will be treated regardless of the stage.
The third coat contains our industry-exclusive algaecide & preventative. This ensures complete bacterial eradication and is the key step to keeping your roof clean for many years to come.
Ugly Shingles, LLC. Roof Cleaning Systems backs every cleaning with a 3-year streak-free written guarantee. *A 5-year guarantee is available upon request.
There is no waiting time before you see the results.
Our "soft-wash" process has been used throughout the country to clean over 50,000 roofs. It is fully approved by all shingles manufactures including ARMA (Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association) and is recommended by all insurance companies. It is also recognized as general maintenance.
We never use any equipment that involves high pressure. The use of high pressure will not only damage your roof, but will also void any existing warranty the shingles may have. Our equipment page will explain the methods you want to watch out for.
If you're not happy, we're not happy! We strive to do whatever it takes to make sure each and every customer is 100% satisfied.
*When our technicians arrive, please make sure pets are indoors and all windows and doors are closed.
